At Alaamal Elementary School in Beit Jan, we had the pleasure this year of running several programs selected through Al Shams Theater, under the leadership of Mr. Shams Zaher. One of them was a mosaic workshop. During the sessions, students had an unforgettable experience — learning together how to use mosaic stones after group thinking about a final piece that would symbolize an idea. The result was a collage that expressed teamwork, critical thinking and craftsmanship.

We wish to express our appreciation to Al Shams Theater: first, for the wide range of emotional and social programs, and for the professionalism and personal attention you demonstrated in your work with both students and school leadership; second, for the ongoing follow-up and care, the effort and dedication you showed throughout the year — all of which contributed to the quality of service and the achievement of our goals. This year we purchased emotional intervention services through the Gefen program from Al Shams Theater. There is compelling evidence of the effectiveness of the emotional intervention through the psychodrama program we purchased from Al Shams Theater, in bringing about significant positive changes in the psychological and behavioral aspects among students. I would like to highlight the high professional level of the therapists, their punctuality, and their full adherence to all components of the therapeutic plan — while maintaining session continuity and ongoing monitoring.

Al Shams Theater provided our school with programs in the field of emotional therapy, and we are pleased to say the sessions were successful. The theater team that worked with us demonstrated genuine expertise — both in running the workshops and in the therapeutic work. We were very satisfied with the collaboration and the service we received, and I look forward to continuing this partnership in the future.

I would like to note that the programs we purchased from Al Shams Theater worked on several levels: both in shaping students' character socially and in advancing them academically. Students reported a different learning experience and an enjoyable social encounter. The teachers working with these students reported significant improvement in their learning habits, higher grades and better behavior during lessons. The instructors were consistent and always provided feedback to the teachers; they worked regularly, were always prepared for sessions and were cooperative throughout.
