The Teacher as Mentor — Leadership and Goals

A 10-session workshop focused on defining and managing personal and organizational goals for each teacher. It also addresses the teacher's personal vision as part of the school's social framework. Provides tools and skills to strengthen resilience, leadership and connecting communication.
